Return Policy 

Unfortunately, due to hygienic and spiritually energetic concerns, which we take extremely seriously, Soulfully Organic has a very strict "NO RETURNS" policy. Refunds can be provided if an issue occurs with your order. We do not accept returns in ANY case. Regardless on whether or not the package was returned from USPS. In any case of a return, we immediately dispose of all returned products. You can be sure that every product you receive is destined for you specifically and handcrafted just for you! If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.

With that being said we do ask that you ensure that the shipping information is correct. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will not be able to reship the order due to both hygienic and spiritually energetic reasons. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be sent back to the card that was used for purchase only in the event of receiving a damaged product or an order being misplaced by USPS during shipment. In the event of a refund needing to be issues we ask that you contact us at CustomerService@SoulfullyOrganic.com for any concerns regarding your order. 

Shipping Policy 

Once your order is processed (typically taking 3-10 business days) your order will be shipped and sent to you as soon as possible (1-4 business days on average). 

We ship everywhere within the United States and are currently working on getting our goodies to every corner of the world.
We ship every package USPS Priority Mail® which includes tracking number as well as an estimated delivery timeframe in 1-3 business days once the package is entered into the USPS system, however, this timeframe could be effected due to the impact of COVID. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. In the event of an incorrect address on a purchase, we ask that you contact us as soon as you possibly can so we can catch the issue before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched to USPS, we are unable to change the order. Once a package is obtained by USPS it is out of our hands but we will gladly work with you if an issue should arise.

Soulfully Organic is not responsible for stolen packages or “lost" packages once they have been marked ‘Delivered' by USPS.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. Soulfully Organic does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered.

We will work with you to the best of our ability and intuition. Please note that any funny business will result in not only refusal of services but universal balance. Karma is real, so please do not attempt to do anything unethical.
