Shipping Policy

Order processing time is 5-10 business days, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturday. We ONLY use Priority shipping. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

PROCESSING REFERS TO HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE/FILLED TO ORDER. NOTHING IS MASS PRODUCED LEADING TO SLIGHTLY LONGER PROCESSING.

PRE-SHIPMENT OCCURS WHEN WE HAVE PRINTED YOUR LABEL. WE OFTEN PRINT LABELS EARLY IN THE PROCESSING RANGE, FULFILL ORDERS ACCORDINGLY AND DO A MASS PACKAGE DROP OFF LATER IN THE WEEK. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PACKAGE CAN REMAIN IN PRE-SHIPMENT FOR UP TO A WEEK.

*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing. Refunds are not given if a package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason.

 

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.
